Richards Hill is a corner plot situated between North Dene and Ramsdown and backs onto the woodland with access steps from the site.
A mains tap provides drinking water and there are bowls available for washing up.
The toilet block is for exclusive use and has 3 toilets (with sanitary bins) and 3 hand basins with hot water. There is also a separate single shower and toilet.
The site has use of half the wooden shelter (shared with Ramsdown) which has lights, 4 plug sockets, a small fridge, table and stackable chairs.
A large bin, brooms, cleaning products and bin liners are provided.
