For 2026 we are opening Herons Wey for family camping throughout the camping season. Campsites can be booked from 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Use the availability calendars below to make a request or contact the office with with your preferred dates and we can check which site is best for suited to family camping.
As there are groups to consider, please be aware even if sites are available they may not be suitable for families due to the adjoining booking.

Please note: you are required to hold public liability insurance, you can be added to the Girlguiding policy by downloading and completing the Hirer’s Agreement form or alternatively by taking out a private policy to the value of £5M. Please send completed forms to the county office before your visit to ensure you are insured for your stay.
When booking, you can also add on an Activity Pass for children. £7.50 per family for up to four children per night.
This gives your children access to all of the activities and sports equipment during your stay if it is not pre-booked by groups.
Please note: campervans, caravans and dogs are NOT allowed on site.
